DELIVERY & RETURNS

This policy applies to all items in the Reign x Shine store

 

Payment

We currently accept all major credit and debits cards. All payments will be taken from the selected method prior to products being shipped.

Delivery and dispatch times

​

• Once payment is received, please allow 2 business days for your item(s) to be dispatched. 

• Delivery charges will be added at checkout for each separate address that goods are being delivered to. Standard shipping costs £5.99 and arrives 3-5 business days after being dispatched. Express shipping costs £6.99 and arrives 1-2 working days after being dispatched.

• Reign x Shine relies on third parties to provide delivery services. We are not responsible if estimated delivery timelines are not met, unless due to our negligence. 

• We currently only deliver to addresses within the UK, excluding Northern Ireland. 

 

Returns

• All sales are final. 

• We are only able to refund or replace orders if they have arrived defective or damaged. In the event that your package is defective or damaged, please send an email to info@reignxshine.com within 14 business days of delivery. In your email, please quote the order number and full details of the damaged goods, including any relevant photos to help us help you. 

• We must be given the opportunity to replace the items in the first instance. We will aim to replace your items as soon as we can, however, we would offer a refund if this is not possible. 

• Refunds and exchanges, of defective or damaged goods, will only be processed after they have been returned to us.

• Please note that we cannot replace any items that have had the original seals broken, nor can we replace any perishable goods.
