We'll be staying at a grand Georgian estate nestled in the heart of the English countryside in Somerset. With its mix of rustic charm and modern luxurious interiors, the property features a stunning drawing room with an open fireplace, games room and outdoor hot tub. The enclosed grounds are the perfect intimate location to disconnect and re-energise away from the unwanted distractions of city life.

DAY 01
WELCOME!

You’ll be welcomed with drinks on arrival and can finally get to know the fellow guests and the Reign x Shine team. Then, we’ll begin the retreat with some meditation and welcome games. Dinner will then be prepared by our private chef, with some downtime in the evening.
DAY 02
TAKE IT EASY
​
Start your first full day with pilates followed by breakfast and some time to explore the local area and get to know Somerset a little better. Our private chef will then prepare lunch for you to enjoy. After lunch, enjoy some mindful painting before dialling up the energy with a dance fitness session and some gentle yoga to work up an appetite for another nutritious dinner.
DAY 03
LOOK FORWARD TO 2022

Start the day with a morning hike in the countryside before breakfast. To kick of 2022 properly, we'll then do some group goal setting and vision board exercises, followed by your final yoga class and meditation, to cement your goals before setting off home!

Please check-in by 4pm and check-out at 3pm. Please let us know your train arrival and departure times, so we can arrange your transfers.

You can secure your place on a Reign x Shine retreat with a deposit of £99.
TRAIN STATION
If travelling by train, you will need to arrive at Castle Cary Station. We will have a driver waiting for you at the station to take you to the accommodation.
